Transition from on to off season

[FONT=&quot]how do you transitition? we all have done it, or hear about it, those that gain 20 lbs in 10 days. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]i eat for sat night and sunday, what i want, then get back on track monday. still doing some cardio and keeping food in check. i add in cottage cheese more fruit and more red meat..me lovem red meat![/FONT]

Slowly reduce your calories till you reach just above maintenance.
Drink lots of water.
Keep training hard in the gym.
Believe in and trust the progress.

When bulking I'll slowly increase my calories every week. It's ok to gain some fat while bulking.

Always adjust your nutrition slowly every week

Not something I've ever had an issue with to be honest. Cutting on the other hand....
