    too much???

    I take this before and after my Workout and I was just wondering if I'm taking too much or what?


    1 scoop creatine powder
    1 scoop whey protein
    1/2 bottle of Boost protein drink
    3 scoops ice cream

    whey protein?

    boost drink?

    if your goal is to get fat then yes that will be perfectly fine.

    also you realize that during your workout your digestive system will be working overtime to digest all that lactose, dairy, and the other garbage in there.. plus your body will be phlegmy and inflamed the whole time

    drop all that shit and just get a good quality creatine.. get ancient strength.. trust me. if you want something more take 5 caps of n2generate.. that is it
