Thoughts on fasting ?

[FONT=&quot]I'm fasting tomorrow which is my day off from my workout routine and was wondering what other's people experience were and any data if it really hurts the workout or my health. It's only a 24 hr fast.[/FONT]

Fasting can be very helpful to meeting fat loss goals. I more prefer intermittent fasting itself, but done right, you should see very good results and not lose strength.
 
the science has proven it is very effective for a bunch of things

intermittent fasting is great and I do it just about everyday myself, but once you exceed 20 hours of fasting that is when the next level of magic starts. i would encourage everyone to do it

you don't lose muscle fasting either because it boosts your HGH. it is one of the only ways to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time
