Excerpt: My left bi, tri, delt & quad are all visibly smaller than my right. Today for example, I would fail 1 or 2 sooner on my left 1-arm tri ext. than I would on my right. How do you address this? Do you stop doing right side, like every other workout, and just do left so it catches up? Less reps on the right? Heavier db in left hand (or lighter than usual in the right?) Or just work on posing so its not so obvious??

    Just work on. Eventually it should catch up, or get pretty close

    when you are young you are going to have these pronounced imbalances. they will even out over time
