Which steroid to lose weight?

Hey I am overweight female, right now I am 144 pounds and 5’4”. I’m a former athlete and did a lot of sports back in high school and college. Now I’m almost 40 and I cannot seem to get this weight off. I tried to fast but cannot get past 20 hours without stopping. I think I just need a boost to motivate me. I have a friend who said she uses anavar oxandrolone she said it was called. Would that be something I can use?

Steroids arent for fat loss IMO. If you want to lose weight in bodybuilding/fitness as a girl, sarms and sarms-like supplements are best.

My favourite cutting stack is Cardarine + N2Slin. 20mg cardarine per day and 2 caps n2slin before meals.
