If you never done a thing start with GW (from Umbrella)
Important to control your diet, less carbs, more meat and veggies, plus lots of cardio. As for sarms, take 10mgs of SR9009 and MK2866, both daily
diet plays an important role......
For specifically fat loss, I would do Cardarine at 20mg per day and use the SR on training days
I’m with mobster I’d start with gw and go from there.
