Are these good to take as meal replacements? I was wondering because they do taste good which probably means the sugar content is super high!

Slim fast will help you gain weight for sure but not the type of weright you want to gain and you will probably feel really bloated and gassy while using it. Read the ingredient list. It's full of sugar, artificial colors, sweeteners, flavours and preservatives.

A low quality soy protein + sugar...that's basically what a slimfast shake is man.

If you are looking for a shake as a meal replacement, just make your own. Use a good quality pure whey isolate as your base and add in whatever other ingredients you want. Those pre made shakes are absolute crap.
