I eat clean and train hard but my skin doesn’t reflect my health. I’ve always kept it clean yet I’m still dealing with the issues of oily skin that breaks out frequently. Anything I can do? I don’t want to take chemicals to improve it!

Are you taking any drugs?
First off I'd recommend showering frequently. 2-3 times a day.
Another tip I can give is to tan.

Might be worth checking with your dermatologist to see if there are any underlying issues. Sometimes things like this can be exacerbated by diet as well.

It can happen with hormonal fluctuation. Make sure your estrogen stays in check, and the rest is just general skin care, cleaning, etc.
