I am doing shadows project, & all is going well. have a quick question ?

Has anyone here ever tried buffalo meat ? just wondering about the taste, nutritional vlaue, etc.

if anyone tried it, let me know !!!

Looking good chica....


Buffalo meat is very lean and very high in protein...if you can get by the inital taste and texture...its probably better than chicken and right up there with healyier cuts of fish

I buy the Buffalo Burgers at Trader Joe's -- they are very good & I don't think taste weird or anything...but with such low fat they are easy to overcook & dry out...
