Well....thanks girls for the encouraging words.....it didn't get better. I ended up calling someone in to cover me and I left. Feeling better today. Had court again this AM for my daughter. She's in detention until our next court date - 12-22-05 - at my request. It really sucks. I miss her.
 
11-07-05 cont.

Went home around 12:00 PM....ate about 3 oz pringles and then felt guilty, so I ate a salad...stupid, I know. Had to comfort eat - at least I realize what I was doing, right? I knew it WHEN I was doing it, but I guess I was having a pity party for myself!

...so let's see, later I ended up baking 5 lbs of Cod....($31.00 worth lol) It's worth EVERY penny! MMMmmmmmm GOOD!

Had a bunch of grape tomatoes, some fish and a few sups. I didn't bother logging anything from yesterday. Chances are, the numbers were all less than they should have been knowing my track record......So starting again......

Hang in there, SG! You are doing GREAT considering the circumstances. Anyone else would have totally given in to all the stress, but you are still in the game.
 
You have amazing strength to stand up so well with all the personal issues in your life right now. I'd be drowning my sorrows in a bag of Oreo's while hiding in the closet.
