Got to the studio this AM and the power was out. Had to call the elec. company to have the problem fixed - took them FOUR FRICKIN' HOURS to come out and get it taken care of. Not good considering my business IS electricity!

Went most of the day without eating. This last week has been total chaos around here!

4 oz Chicken Breast marinated in 4 Cheese Italian Dressing - baked in a foil pouch

1 Medium Baked Potato

3 Glasses Chard.
