Bunny, there's nothing left - except the saltine crackers (and the Breyer's I haven't touched), so it's all good now. I feel quilty about eating banana's too. I have for that are starting to turn BLACK because I can't bring myself to eat one! Oh well, I just won't buy them anymore. Granny Smith's are a different story :p

Thank goodness I have 4 mouths to feed all that food to :Chef: . I am really good about McD's cause I know it will make me sick to eat it. I hate ice cream so that one is easy for me. As for banana's yuck, unless I crave a peanut butter and banana sandwich, those are yummy!!!!!!

Yup and I did the worse possible... I ate the banana and PB last night before bed rather then earlier in the day. It tasted good though :)

So funny that you mention McDonald's cheat...

This AM, as I was leaving the gym, the girl at the desk was outside cleaning the windows and screamed to her friend, "Man, some McDonald's breakfast sure would be nice right now!" :rolleyes: I don't know what it is...the smell of fries in hot grease. :p

Guys...peanut butter and banana sandwich? On what kind of bread? :worried:

ABSOLUTELY! When I first started, I had a THING about crunchy foods... it worked perfectly and helped the transition from triscuits to a healthier choice, unless I kinda got rid of it altogether & opted for a better carb source all together :)
