-45 min on elliptical (random intervals)
-15 min on treadmill for cool down
-ABS: 25 x3 V ups, 25 x 3 scissor kicks, 25 x 3 leg extensions
7:45 a.m.
-1 whole egg, 5 egg whites
-1/2 C Oats
-1 tsp Apple pie spice
11:00 a.m.
-1 small apple
-1/2 serving (12) almonds
