Well info was on there but she didn't have her collar on? Thats why my guess was someone took her?!?!?! She is crazy though and driving this poor little guy cukoooooooo :lmao:

8:00 a.m.
Off to the gym

8:30 a.m.
10 min warm up on treadmill
Back: One arm DB rows (12 x 27.5) (10 x 30) 2 sets (10 x 32.5)
Biceps: DB curls (10 x 20 lbs) 4 sets

Back: DB pullovers (12 x 40 lbs) 2 sets (12 x 50 lbs) 2 sets
Biceps: Conc Curls (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets

Back: WIde grip pull down (12 x 75 lbs) 3 sets (10 x 90 lbs) 1 set
Biceps: Reverse curl (12 x 40 lbs) 3 sets (10 x 50 lbs)

Shoulders: Bent over rear delts (12 x 12 lbs) 4 sets
Abs: Random- 4 sets 60 each

9:15 a.m.
30 min cardio on bike
15 min on elliptical w/arm motion
15 min on stair stepper

10:15 p.m.
PWO Shake: 6 oz gatorade, 1 scoop whey isolate

12:30 p.m.
-2 cups romaine
-4 oz chicken
-3 oz sweet potato

5:00 p.m.
-1/2 choc MRP pack
-1 scoop banana whey

8:00 p.m.
-2 cups spinach
-5 oz albacore
-1 oz almonds

10:30 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-1 tsp cinnamon
