m1: Banana walnut pancake :p :p :p
m2: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m3: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, 1 cup pumpkin
m4: 5 oz chicken, broccoli stir fry veggies
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine

WOrkout! Chest and arms...
5 min warm up on treadmill (speed 4.0)
Incline DB press (10 x 100) x 2 (9 x 105) (9 x 110)
DB flyes (10 x 35) x 2 (10 x 30) x 2 <--- better ROM
Conc curl (SS) (10 x 25) x 3
Standing barbell curl (SS) (10 x 50) x 3
Lying french press (10 x 50) x 3
Single rope bent over kickback (10 x 35) (10 x 40) x 2
Push ups (on ball, on ground, on knees) (8,2,6) x 2

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl PB, few "chocolate" covered cashews

Ahhh no need to be envious :lmao: Actually I couldn't tell you the last time I ever had more then two or three days off in a row LOL, so this will definately be nice for a change :) Lots of recipes that need to be tried out anyways, so this is a great week to do that as well!

Also, I went to Whole Foods today to check out ground bison that I think you and T have mentioned. They only had 90% lean ground buffalo and no macros for it. Is this what you buy or is there a leaner cut? I obviously passed this time around, but it would be nice to have another meat in there for variety.
