Excerpt: Alrighty.... well my goals have changes QUITE a bit since I joined EF back in the SPring, and I think my log should be a reflection of that.     Mood: Good, its the weekend and gotta get some Christmas shoppin done
    Soreness: Legs, calves both feeling a bit tight...
    Weight: 148.2 lbs

    Cardio- Treadmill 30 min (speed 4.0/incline 5.0)
    m1: Pumpkin pancake
    m2: 4 HB egg whites, 1 whole HB egg, 1 1/2 cup shredded wheat
    m3: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, lettuce
    m4: 5 oz shrimp, 2 cups broccoli
    m5: 1 oz almonds, 30 min later...1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine

    GYM!!! Shoulders and abs...
    5 min warm up on treadmill (speed 4.0)
    Arnold Press (SS) (10 x 35) x 2 (10 x 30) x 2
    Pike Push ups (SS) (10) (9) (8) (10)
    Incline DB UNI lat raises (10 x 15) (10 x 17.5) x 2
    Reverse Cable crossover (10 x 30) x 4
    Shoulder circuit: Therma band, Ext Rotation, thumbs up/down, shoulder FI, ABC's
    V-ups (4 x 25)
    Reverse Crunches (2 x 50)
    Standing bar twists (12 x 25) x 3
    Vacuums w/lats (3 x 90) <--last one worked on pose

    m6: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop powerade
    m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

    I lOVE THE DOG PICTURE, it is sooo cute! My calves are killing me right now LOL. Shopping in runners today, no fashion statements here LOL Have a good weekend

    Yeah mine are a little toasty as well... but killed them last night, was last workout before a week off so had to
    Runners huh??? LOL... took me quite some time but I finally found a pair of jeans that fit so thats what I am wearing Hope you have a great weekend too!!

    A week off! You must be excited. I know all too well about the jeans factor, wearing my hubby's right now, it is scary but they don't look to bad on me LOL

    YUp!!! I sure am, GEE WHIZ I couldn't tell you the last time that I had a week off actually let alone a few days SO will do me some good I am sure... ahhhhh. Yeah the jeans factor, ughhhh but at least its for good reasons LOL as in more glute and leg musckles

    yeah.....actually those squatting calf raises are fairly good once you have pre-fatigued them

    m4: 5 oz chicken, broccoli stir fry veggies
    m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine

    WOrkout! Chest and arms...
    5 min warm up on treadmill (speed 4.0)
    Incline DB press (10 x 100) x 2 (9 x 105) (9 x 110)
    DB flyes (10 x 35) x 2 (10 x 30) x 2 <--- better ROM
    Conc curl (SS) (10 x 25) x 3
    Standing barbell curl (SS) (10 x 50) x 3
    Lying french press (10 x 50) x 3
    Single rope bent over kickback (10 x 35) (10 x 40) x 2
    Push ups (on ball, on ground, on knees) (8,2,6) x 2

    m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
    m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl PB, few "chocolate" covered cashews

    Ahhh no need to be envious Actually I couldn't tell you the last time I ever had more then two or three days off in a row LOL, so this will definately be nice for a change Lots of recipes that need to be tried out anyways, so this is a great week to do that as well!
