    Mood: GREAT! Its Fridayyyy!!!
    Soreness: Abs still a bit sore, back just feels stiff (yes, board like )
    Weight: 148.2 lbs

    m1: 4 oz chicken, 1 1/4 shredded wheat (didn't finish)
    m2: rest of meal one
    m3: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
    m4: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 21 almonds

    GYM!!! Legs (QUads, calves focus)... (my favorite)
    5 min warm up on treadmill (speed 4.0)
    DB Squats (SS) (10 x 65) x 3 (9 x 65)
    Weighted DB Step ups (SS) (10 x 55) (10 x 60) x 3
    Hack squats (8 x 280) (10 x 270) x 2
    Single leg, leg press (10 x 170) (10 x 180) (10 x 200)
    Seated Calf Machine (10 x 180) (10 x 185) (10 x 190)
    Standing leg press (using power squat) (10 x 540) (10 x 600) (10 x 630)
    Donkey squat on toes (2 x 60 sec)
    10 min of stretching

    m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
    m6: 4 oz tilapia, lettuce mushroom, sweet potato croutons
    m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl pB

    We don't have a real donkey calf machine, I miss those...
    Ummm lets see if I can describe it, squat down like you are sitting in an imaginary chair (so knees at a 90 degree angle and toes/knees angled out at 45 degrees) then rise up on your tip toes and hold it as long as possible... which after killing your legs doesn't take long to get the shakies

    (basically its a finishing move for your quads/calves to get a burnout)
