Thanks for the front shot. I believe alot of figure gals posing needs lots of work, maybe I get that from Sassy ;) ... mine included. You look more relaxed & non robotic in the current shot. I'm still trying to find which look best on me. Im sure the stuff you're doing for posing will pay off. I saw the 90 sec Vacs with Lats. :)

How long do you plan to run the bulk for? Shaving cals now?
Funny you mention the one looking like a robot, LOL, because that is EXACTLY how I was describing it to T last night when I was going to post it :lmao: I'm sure with a LOT more practice I'll get it one of these days ;)
Also forgot to address the calorie question, there for a while I had upped them to about 1900 but going back to the 1750 range at a 50/30/20 and seeing where that gets me :)

Back extensions- (10 x 45) x 3
Roman chair leg lifts- (3 x 25)
Leg lifts on decline bench- (3 x 17)
Swiss ball crunches- (3 x 25)
Swiss ball crunches w/ rotation -(3 x 25) each side
Vacuums w/ lats- (3 x 90)
10 min of stretching
