That was basically it - Throw it together, check on it every 10 minutes or so. They aren't bad ... could be better ... but oats are oats.

WHEN -- not if -- you are back in town, we will work out AND go to Cheddars. :heart:

It's a machine called the power crunch. Basically a weighted crunch machine where you crunch from both sides (upper and lower)
