m2: 4 oz chicken, 1 1/4 cup shredded wheat
m3: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, sweet potato
m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 oz almonds, 1 tsp glutamine

I never do really get cravings though, and if I do then I make some healthy variation or concoction to get rid of it :p

Mood: Again woke up blah, seems to be the routine here lately... Guess I need to get all the junk going on in my head figured out and maybe it will get better? I dunno, seems to happen this time of year also as I briefly remember the same thing happening last year. Also seems to happen each time I go back home, well not home but to TX, for a few days as came back in the same kind of blah mood the last time too!??! Who knows, but hopefully I will get it all figured out soon enough...Hard to explain though, it seems like the some of the things I used to hate, now aren't so bad. Then in the same breath the things that seemed small or insignificant before are the things that I mIss the most right now :(

Soreness: Legs feel a little heavy, but much better then yesterday, abs very sore, and shoulders a little bit too.

Well I do try, thats for sure :) Its definately something to do with this time of year though I think it seems to magnify things a little bit or something like that... who knows?!?! Thanks :heart:
