Keep diet the same for tomorrow as usual - same weights/cardio etc.

On Saturday - have ONE HUGE CHEAT MEAL - anything goes...pound in carbs - simple AND complex.....be sure to take some Glucorell with the meal...


On Sunday....go back to normal eating schedule.....


On Monday moring - take your temp...weigh and measure the blood sugar again

Yeh, I usual check my blood sugar in the morning after wake up..always is it between 90-100mg/dl..which is good...but sometimes in the afternoon my sugar is high..now is much better..before I took synthroid+another thyroid pills together I got sometimes 90 sometimes 150 even 165 than 90..littel mess in my hormones. But now I trying drop down my thyroid medic. couple more days and I'll be without..I'll see what happend.
But I try what you wrote me!! :heart:

I drink over 1 gal H2o {crystal light, arizona green diet tea..with splenda}
 
the morning temp thing(tracking) is related to thyroid - which WILL drastically affect the blood sugar level.

A lot of folks dont realize this

Ihave to add more food in the morning, because after 1 Meal I was hungry soon!!!
 
Well, it seems as though the doctor you're with now is really wanting to get the meds out of your system and start figuring out what will help you the most. Good job switching docs!

I'm curious to see what happens when you do the huge cheat this weekend. Keep us updated! :)
 
Sometimes it takes a while to get your diet and exercise figured out. Since you have a few medical issues to deal with it may take longer so just hang in there because it will get better. You can do this!

.....and stop getting all stressed over the number on the scale. Are your clothes a little looser now? How are you feeling?

Velvett explained that muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. Example: you could weigh more but be in a smaller size of pants.

The scale cannot see you, it cannot touch you, it cannot tell the difference between muscle and fat. The scale cannot define who you are unless you let it.

I ate late I was so busy..before this meal I took 5 almonds in carbon..I ws so hungry and I felt so weak!!! :p :elephant:
