Like Mobster said nowadays they sell these "sturdier" (I hope that's a correct word) bras for women who have bigger breast.

you need to find a good running store in your area and have the lady who works there help fit you for a sports bra.

the #1 problem with females is they are wearing the wrong size which is only going to do more harm than good

fit your bra as carefully as fitting your footware. should fit perfect and you should also cycle them too
