I wasn't in a bad mood the other day until my husband made a sarcastic remark quietly that i felt was insulting, he does this all the time and i usually brush it off. but this time i spoke up and we got into a fight and he said some things about my attitude etc. do you think this argument has something to do with me being on cycle? I'm using var and lgd. I threw my wedding rings at him and stormed out of the house and went to my male yoga instructors house for the night and we fooled around.

absolutely. hormonal changes can make males or females nuts. i've seen it plenty in my life.

Hormonal changes can cause mood swings just like being on your period.

It can certainly happen when you are messing with hormones. It can cause you to be more assertive which it sounds like happened here. In the end if you are going to fool around with other people there were already underlying issues.

It can contribute, but it just enhances whats already there. An asshole becomes more of an asshole, etc. Your actions still happened because you chose them
