[FONT=&quot]Im a person that sits almost all day, eather on the computer or watching tv. I need something to get my motablizem up so i can lose weight, and not sit in a chair after eating(like i do almost all the time)

One of the best ways to increase metabolism is to add weight training to your routine. This will bring up your base calorie needs as you add muscle to your frame.

Good advice above...I have a cycle in my living room so I can be lazy and watch tv and get fasted cardio in..get a yoga mat and do planks while watching tv..like the guys said, you need to move around and Stims do have a rebound effect when stopped..best bet
