Excerpt: Been a rough year for me and I tend to gain a lot of weight when I am stressed out, just finishing up college and starting a new career has me stressed, plus dealing with a breakup. Trying to transition to more protein instead of sugary and carb rich foods, but powders make me sick no matter if its pea, egg, vegan or regular whey. so upset.

    Been a rough year for me and I tend to gain a lot of weight when I am stressed out, just finishing up college and starting a new career has me stressed, plus dealing with a breakup. Trying to transition to more protein instead of sugary and carb rich foods, but powders make me sick no matter if its pea, egg, vegan or regular whey. so upset.

    powders are heavily processed and are not easy to digest. stick to REAL FOOD. things that are found in nature, not made in a factory or lab. your stomach will thank you

    They can be used by both sexes. The ones 'for women' are the same as for men

    Since they are causing you digestive issues, just stick to real food instead. There are many good choices: eggs, chicken, turkey, grass fed beef, raw nuts.
