Been a rough year for me and I tend to gain a lot of weight when I am stressed out, just finishing up college and starting a new career has me stressed, plus dealing with a breakup. Trying to transition to more protein instead of sugary and carb rich foods, but powders make me sick no matter if its pea, egg, vegan or regular whey. so upset.
 
Since they are causing you digestive issues, just stick to real food instead. There are many good choices: eggs, chicken, turkey, grass fed beef, raw nuts.

If it gives you issues just eat more protein rich foods
