Hi boys, I started following p90x work out I never was a supplement person but I wonder if p90x demands to take preworkout
or creatine or protein, or those type of products are just for lifting, thanks.

of course not. you don't need a preworkout to exercise lol

i have never taken a preworkout in 25 years of training. you will just get addicted to them
