Pregnancy workouts

My wife and I are now expecting and she wanted to know if there was a exercise routine she can do or follow that can keep her busy during the pregnancy. My guess avoiding weights would be best no? I think body weight would be the safer option right?
 
You can check it out on youtube I have seen posts with different kind of workouts for pregnant woman. You can still be quite active while pregnant I have seen woman do some hardcore kickboxing sessions without complications.
 
Ask your doctor. It all depends on how pregnant she is. As she gets closer to her due date, she will need to be more and more careful about not putting any pressure on her abdomen.

There are actually personal trainers who specialize in training pregnant women. Book an appointment with your doctor and ask for a referral.
