- Seated pulley rows with Rope- 4x25, 70lbs
-Underhand barbell rows- 4x10, 85lbs
-GIANT SET, 3x15: Underhand pulldown 90lbs, Hammer strength Low row 90lbs, stiff arm pulldown, 30lbs
-Lat pulldowns- 4x15, 80lbs

Followed by HIIT circuit

Tomorrow is check-in...wonder if there will be any changes. Hopefully he'll let me add in my venom var, I miss it!

Yep, competed on July 20th. Got 4th or 5th

Stopped posting because I was tired of the same one or two people posting in here

Not gonna post pics...they're on social media but I'll never post pics on EF

Next show is in October, started prep for it on Tuesday
