Pre-Contest Log: Shredding for the Stage

Today was an off day per coach...just did double cardio

In about a week I start my drugs courtesy of Venom...will be running some AIs, var, probably some T3...can't wait, it's like seeing your gifts before Christmas lol. Love me some Venom, can't wait to see the transformation once they're a part of it.

Whoops...

Friday: Shoulders
- Cable lateral raises- 4x25 reps, 10lbs
- Seated DB or Military press 3x10 reps, 30lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15- Reverse pec deck 60lbs, DB side lateral raise 10lbs, front raise 10lbs
- Machine press- 4x15, 60lbs

Followed by cardio

Saturday:
AM fasted cardio

Workout: Arms
- Rope pressdowns- 4x25, 60lbs
- Overhead DB extensions- 3x10, 20lbs
- GIANT SET, 3x15- Straight bar pressdowns 90, 100lbs, skull crushers 50lbs, machine dips
- One arm underhand pressdowns- 4x15, 25lbs

- Standing cable curls- 4x25, 50lbs
- Alternating DB curls- 3x10, 30lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15- Barbell curls 60lbs, machine curls 50lbs, incline curls 20lbs
- Concentration curls- 3x15, 20lbs
 
And today is a rest day...did AM fasted cardio

Started nolva today also.
 
Been following for sometime now and I am impressed with ur commitment. Ur knowledgeable and give others solid advice. I may be out of line inquirying about ur current condition, but I am curious. Have u posted pics recently and if not, will u be? Hope u attain goals u set out for urself for the year.

Workout: Legs
- Leg extensions- 4x25, 60lbs
-Squats- 4x10, 115lbs
-GIANT SET 3x15: Lying Ham curl 80lbs, Hack squat 160lbs, Leg press 140lbs
- Single leg leg extensions- 4x15, 50lbs

Was brave tonight and went up on all lifts. So far so good. Might go see my doc soon to ask about where my knees are even at...but I was just in the mood to wreck legs tonight. Will do the same next leg day.
 
Workout: Chest
- Pec Deck- 4x25, 60lbs
- Incline Barbell- 3x10, 100lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15: Incline DB press 40lbs, Decline DB fly 30lbs, Hammer strength incline 70lbs
- Cable crossovers- 4x15, 40lbs

Followed by INTENSE cardio...intervals on the treadmill. Started at 2% grade...speed walk, lunges, running...increase incline, repeat. Did it several times. I'm beat.
