post cardio hunger

Excerpt: I've got a hunger problem after I do my morning cardio. I do HIIT, some interval running and fast walking. when I finish it is only 8am and I get so hungry and I want to splurge on a lot of food then after I feel like crap like i want to throw up. is this the mind playing tricks on me or something else?

    It’s dehydration and electrolytes that ur crave. Mix some salt with water and those cravings will be gone trust me

    So... you do a bunch of things that deplete your glycogen and you feel hungry after... who knew?

    Do your cardio later in the day then or when you are not home and near the fridge.
