however if you listen to my podcasts and read my stuff you should know that you will never ever out run a poor diet or even an average diet. Americans over eat and over exercise and look at where it has lead us. in countries like Denmark they exercise the least of any 1st world country but they are also the leanest because they eat the healthiest. so the key is what you put into your mouth, how often, and how much. it all is connected

Pilates strengthens and tightens your core, yes you can absolutely add it in and still have an hourglass figure.
