Period and weight

HI I'm just curious,
how much your weight change during the period I mean how many days before or after and how many puunds?

3 pounds is the norm for me...just the first day or so

I find sometimes a whole week before I am 8 pounds heavier, during it comes off slowly. Then I am good for two more weeks, and then I am 8 pounds heavier and then it comes off again.

It depends... usually 2-6 pounds.

That will show you the change in weight over the course of the day.... (unless you want to get up in the middle of the night & weigh....)

none....but I get horrible PMS. 8 lbs b4 a period is too much.
