Overtraining for women different than men?

Hello Ladies,

I just want to knwo if women can over train any easier than men can, as i have been increasing my workout frequency and intensity I'm doing 6 days per week about two and a half hours, and some guys say that is too much for a man even. I feel fine, but I'm afraid of overtraining and breaking some times. So can i keep this up or will I break down and crash and burn ? how can I tell?

I am not an expert but I know from personal experience that when I was exercising 2+ hours 5 days/week I saw less weight loss and muscle gains than doing 30-80mins 4-5 days/week.
