Not eating at night?

[FONT=&quot]I was wondering if this help any with weight lost. One of my friends is not eating after 10 just drinking water etc. He eats healthy during the day time. Is this true?[/FONT]

Eating too close to your bed time isn't a great idea for many reasons. It can often work against weight loss goals, but it also stresses your body and you rest isn't going to be as good of quality.
 
there is something called 'sane eating'

in the USA we follow insane eating. 10pm eating is ridiculous. our ancestors did not eat at night. they hid in their caves from the scary creatures all night with a fire if they were lucky.

you need to do some reading about how we are supposed to eat. if you click the link in my signature for my Ebook you will find a couple good books to read on fasting and cutting
