Going to the gym at lunch today, gonna do legs, but am expecting some DOMS, but am looking forward to it actually!
I feel like a slug- ugh. all those christmas cookies. double ugh.

I actually ended up doing Chest/back- lol
the usual stuff just to get the blood moving
db press
sldls
lat pulldowns
seated low rows
incline crunches
 
not doing the new stuff yet, I haven't had a moment to put it out on paper and figure it out yet, but today I did:

Shoulders:
Military press
30 x 10
40 x 10, 10
30 x 10

arnold press
15 x 10, 10, 10

seated lateral raise
10 x 8, 8,
8 x 10, 10

bent over rear lateral raise
10 x 10, 10 ,10

Biceps
Incline curls
15 x 10
20 x 10, 8
15 x 10

concentration curls
15 x 10, 10, 6

Triceps
db skullcrushers with 15 lb dbs
15 x 10, 10 ,10
seated db extensions
15 x 10, 10

rope pulldowns
25 x 10, 10
30 x 10

The important thing is your back in the gym. You'll get the new program figured out soon enough.
