Thanks zed. Great post. I'm like D that was a very thorough and perfect post!! I want muscles!! I want big muscles!! That's what I want. Thanks for setting me straight. I need it sometimes.

Ok here is Thursday's workout.

Barbell row from floor
2 sets 12 x 50 lbs

Pull ups from floor
2 x 12

One handed dumbbell row
2 sets 12 x 20lbs

Bbl curls
2 sets 12 x 40

Alt dumbbell curls
2 sets 12 x 20

I also did 15 minutes on the stepmill at a fairly slow pace.

So yesterday was cardio. 60 minutes of running. Moderate pace.. Today or tomorrow (Sunday) is leg day. Haven't figured out which one yet. But will keep posting!
