Hi all!
I am new to Elite Fitness and hoping to reduce my body fat % from around 20 to 16%!
I currently do the les mills class body pump 3 times a week and on my rest days I do a fat burning walk on an empty stomach in the morning. I am getting a weights program written out this week though to do more isolation muscle exercises instead of body pump.
I eat 95% clean so an example of an average day would be:
Breakfast - oats & piece of fruit (with protein shake on body pump days)
Snack - Rye flavoured Ryvitas with natural peanut butter or Greek yoghurt mixed with protein powder
Lunch - tuna and salad
Snack - almonds
Dinner - chicken & veggies
Does anyone have suggestions or improvements to help me gain more muscle definition and cut the fat?
