Excerpt: Per the advise of Slatl I'm going to start logging my workouts as best I can to keep myself in check. Feel free to critique, any help is much appreciated! I don't know the technical names for alot of the exercises I do right now, I've kinda just picked them up as I go along. So here it goes: Preworkout: 2 Kashi blueberry waffles.     Superset x 3
    SLRDL 50*45lb/front squat 20*45lb/wide stance SLRDL 50*45LB

    Superset x 3
    Resistance band curls *50/bw squat w/ overhead medicine ball *50/bw plie squat*50

    Elliptical. 70 min at 9 resistance

    Leg press: 6*5*470

    Hip thrusts: 6*10*105

    SLRDL: 4*20*105/SS/Decline situps: 4*30

    Leg press calf raises: 3*20*560

    Crunches: 1*500

    Haven't been feeling too well the last couple days. Stomach virus going around work. Made it to the gym anyways tonight. Had to work around a bunch of ppl so my workout was kind of random.

    Elliptical 1 HR at 9 resistance

    DB curls/SS/DB single leg RDL/SS/single arm KB swings: 5*10*20/5*10*20s/5*10*15
    Delt rope pulls: 5*10*50
    Cable row in squat position: 5*10*50
    Decline situps: 3*30
    Crunch chair: 3*100
    Buttlift thing: 5*10*60
    Bb rows/SS/bb curls: 3*15*60/3*15*40
