My first anavar cycle

I'm running my first anavar cycle which will be 6 weeks. My training right now is running 30 minutes a day along with basic weight training. I eat a lot of healthy foods and I'm looking to cut up while keeping muscle. I'm going to do 10 mg a day oh, any final advice for me
 
If you want to run anavar as a female dont go over 2.5mgs per day, especially maybe its fake
2.5mgs of anavar and 10mgs of cardarine gw is the stack for you
 
anavar ... promotes the growth of muscle tissue ... real nutritious food is important .. like eggs. almonds. chicken . oats .. broccoli ..
 
I would drop your dosage lower to start to see how your body is going to react to it then gradually up it if needed. Also you could try sarms if that would be something you would want to look into.
