multiV recommended for ladies any different than men?

I bought some multi v from progressive recommended to me by my nutritionist, they contain about 100 medicinal ingredients which is very impressive but on the cautions it says if you ever suffer from kidney problems and constipation do not take them, it's probably because all the ingredients it contains. I had both in the past not too long ago, kidney stones and constipation, should I go with other type of lighter vitamins like centrum?

Extremely high dosages of calcium can cause kidney stones and constipation. The amount in a single serving of a multivitamin is not enough to cause issues. You would have to take literally an entire bottle each day to actually get kidney stones and constipation from the multivitamin.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.

With the way food is now I always recommend taking a good multivitamin like Ruthless 3D from N2BM. There is much more pollution now and the soil quality is much more poor than even 40 years ago.

Sad truth.

Next to ruthless3d I also add a mineral complex of calcium, magnesium and potassium. People get way too little of them with the usual diets and exercising results in quite some loss of these through sweating.
