Ok here I go again, this is going to be my journal for gaining mass, right now and for the next 2 weeks my diet is 1300 calories to get me back on track, after that the calories will increase.

I will check my weight, and measurements tonight, bf fat last time I went to see my trainer was at 19.5%

My diet has been straight for the last week, and I'm finally back on track so this is why my journal is being started today :)

8:45am
1/2C oatmeal with cin.
6 egg whites
1 cal/mag , 1000mg vit.c

12:00pm
3 oz of ground horsemeat
1/2C brown rice
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 multi vit.

3:00
1C broccoli
1/2C mushrooms
3oz ground horsemeat
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cal/mag , 1000mg vit.c

1tsp glutamine
14 fish oil capsules
1mag/cal, 1000mg vit. C
 
What brand of choc. mint protein powder did you get?? How's it taste??
 
PVL, I bought in in alittle package so I could try it before buying 2lbs of it, thank goodness I didn't buy the 2lbs cause it's gross.....

I think I'm going to go with the cookies n creme from ON
