Which movements burn more fat?

    Which movements burn more fat?

    Should I be doing more bodybuilding movements or more crossfit ? I believe the intensity needs to be high that will be what helps me burn more fat right ?

    Not necessarily.
    You can achieve same amount of fat burn doing high or low intensity.

    exercise does not burn fat. American exercise more than any other country in the world, we have more gyms, more yoga studios, more crossfit locations, more soccer fields, more parks, more running trails then every other country COMBINED.. yet we are the fattest country in the world.. go figure.

    you have to alter what you put into your body.. you cannot out run a poor diet at all

    perfect example

    A variety of weight training and cardio is what you want for fat loss. Diet is still most important though.

    Absolutely. Diet is the biggest piece, but your fat loss is enhanced and accelerated with the right energy expenditure, and especially cardio at the right targeted heart rate
