I will be taking mk 677 for fat loss and cutting and I would like to know about sides from this product on women, specially virilization and water retention, I compete in bikini shows and water retention would ruin it for me, thank you.

If you get water retention, it will go away after around 2 weeks. There is no viralization because Nutrobal is non-hormonal.

The side effects for women are just the same as for men with MK-677. There will definitely be no virilization, since it is not an androgenic compound. It is basically a GH secrectagogue, so it will boost your GH production. The worst side effects with it are bloating (mostly during the first 2 weeks of use) and hunger (most people have an increased appetite while on).
