Ok so I've had a few ladies ask me how I got to my current shape, so I thought I'd give the logging 1 more try.

Physical goals: to lean out the legs alittle more, and to work on the shoulders.
I'm sure you all know I just competed this last weekend, so my diet is alittle loose this week. Hell I've been sick since Monday night, so I haven't even gotten the chance to eat something I'd enjoy, lol. I think I caught a stomach bug or something, cause I was vomitting like crazy on Monday night, I thought I was going to die, and stomach is still not feeling so great, all I ate yesterday was soup.
