milk from my breasts

I know I'm a man, but go to doctor. It could be a few things.

no it is prolactin issue and could be from a lot of things including simply playing with your nips too much.

It it is generally triggered by prolactin in the presence of estrogen. The reasons for this can be varied from things like pregnancy or to even include continued stimulation. It may be worth speaking to your doctor if it continues.
