- Reduce stress as much as possible
- Exercise, life and eat healthy
- Stretch and/or try yoga
 
And one more thing to add. Coffee.
It's been shown that caffeine can potentially help with these symptoms.
 
are you getting these migraines during your workout? this could simply be a tension headache.. hydration is important, also moving your body in a certain way during your workout can trigger it if you are very tight as a lot of females are who have large breasts .. work on your mobility and stretch. look into yoga
