I am the reverse. If there are no interruptions I have no problem working out, it's the diet that does me in, LOL.
WE had almmost the same workout. :eyes:
 
Merm just make yourself go on the days you don't want to....once you get there it is better and after you feel good about the choice you made. We all go through these downswings with everything...just keep pushing through....push girl push!!!!
