Energy/Mood: OK- NOT hungover as I did partake in my favourite beverage (not enough for you too Roons!) but not excessively so

Another birthday dinner with friends this evening but managed to do a quick workout, just to warm up the legs/abs for next week so I won't be in too much pain.

Energy/Mood: Energised from the AM cardio. The sun is up at 4.30am now so it's easier to get to the gym at that time - it's really warm now too.

MACA is a dried powdered form of a South American root vegetable, a bit like a radish - a nutrient dense superfood to promote hormonal well being. You'll see it advertised for men in particular but a friend of mine who is into natural remedies suggested that it works well for women too. I bought a small tub and I'm putting it into my whey shakes. I'll let you know if I feel any different ;)
