Meal 1 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk
Meal 2 - 1 apple, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 - 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, ½ sweet potato
Meal 4 - 1 apple
Meal 5 - 6oz lean beef steak, 1 cup broccoli, 1 sweet potato

No cardio

No training

Calories - 1532
Protein - 134g 35%
Carbs - 138g 34%
Fat - 54g 31%
Fibre - 33g


A good day on the work front. Got all my ducks in a row and feel much better. Diet good, though craving sweet things all day. Energy low, having worked my a$$ off - will try and catch up with everyone tomorrow. Planning on some gym time too.

Good news about everything getting sorted out at work! And your diet remained tight in this time of stress. :verygood: :verygood: :verygood: I'm taking your lead today and eating two apples too. I'm glad to have my fruit back - good fiber and they keep me full :chomp:

I KNOW!!!! The naturopath is helping too, giving up those certain foods has helped me focus. I feel much better for it.
